If you would like to install a banner at the bottom of East Main Street, or on any other city property, simply contact the Comptroller/Programs Director at rebecca.therrien@newportvermont.org or give her a call at 334-5136. Please have ready the dates of installation and removal and purpose of the banner. The freshly installed banner frame at the bottom of East Main Street is available for use and will fit a 6′ by 8′ banner. Please note that the frame is on a first come first serve basis so if it is not available, you can hang your banner below or next to the frame. Also, please note the weather plays havoc with banners so you’ll need to keep an eye on it.
Non profit and fundraiser’s eligible only. No private yard sale signs allowed. Please do not affix any signage to city owned light poles.
